Vertex Digital Technologies specializes in professional Logo Design and Creative Visual Identity services. All services are subject to the project brief provided by the client and the agreed-upon timeline.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership: Upon full and final payment, the final approved logo design becomes the sole property of the client.
Usage: Vertex Digital Technologies reserves the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio or for promotional purposes unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
Drafts: All preliminary sketches and unused concepts remain the property of Vertex Digital Technologies.
3. User Content (Comments & Media)
Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions (Comments).
Vertex Digital Technologies does not filter or edit Comments prior to their presence on the website.
We reserve the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive, or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Revisions: The number of revisions is limited to the package selected by the client. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Cancellations: If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, a “Kill Fee” or partial payment may be retained based on the work completed.

8. Governing Law
